I'm an entrepreneur, former CEO, and EOS Implementer. I was born and raised in Vancouver, but now call Victoria BC home. I deeply value the time I spend with my family and my community. I am over 15 years into my entrepreneurial journey, with experience leading and scaling a small business to 8 figure revenues and North America wide projects.
I specialize in helping small and medium businesses (10-250 employees) by coaching their leadership teams through the journey of implementing the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). I believe every business has an operating system whether they know it or not. The biggest "aha" moment of my career was discovering EOS. It allowed me to effectively juggle the demands my role placed on me, while dealing with some major life changes and losses.
Implementing EOS gave me the framework and focus I needed to step up my leadership, discipline, and accountability to build a high performance team. After exiting, I discovered a purpose and drive to help other business owners accelerate their vision with the help of EOS.
